Why I created Lab&Soul.

Science only matters if it improves real lives.

My career began in pharmaceutical research, studying the science behind stress, mood and mental health. Through neuroscience and psychology, I developed a deeper understanding of how people think, behave and respond under pressure.

What became increasingly clear was that knowledge alone doesn't create change.

The leaders, founders and organisations I work with don't need more information. They need practical ways to apply it.

That's why I created Lab&Soul.

Today, I help people bridge the gap between insight and action, translating psychology, neuroscience and behavioural science into practical tools that improve leadership effectiveness, workplace wellbeing, organisational culture and sustainable performance.
