THE SCIENCE OF THRIVING

My journey

I started in pharmaceutical research, diving deep into the neurobiology of mood, stress, and mental health. Eager to understand the mind and mindset more fully, I earned an MSc in Psychological Science, expanding my insight into human behaviour and mental processes.  But I quickly realised that data means little if it can’t help real people in the real world. 

Today, through coaching and training, I bring that science to life with simple, practical tools anyone can use — to feel more balanced, think with clarity, and show up as their best selves. 

I stay connected to the latest research, studying alongside leading neuroscientists and psychologists to ensure my methods are sharp, grounded, and relevant. In a fast-moving world, we need strategies that work — and evolve with us.

I know what it’s like to push through stress until your mind and body push back. I’m passionate about helping people understand how their brain’s work – so they can take control, protect their energy, and show up as their best selves.
